How to Use Hydro Spatial DSS

This tutorial explains how guest users, registered users, editors, and admins will use the Hydro Spatial Decision Support System.

1. Open the Public Map

Step 1: Open the WebGIS map from the homepage or directly from the Map button.

Step 2: Use basic tools such as zoom, pan, basemap switch, identify, and layer viewing.

Step 3: Guest users can view public layers without login.

Open Map

Can view public maps and use normal open tools without login.

Can save bookmarks, save maps, and use personal map settings after admin approval.

Can upload files, save features, and run approved analysis tools for selected apps.

Can approve users, assign roles, approve editor access, and manage app settings.

Step 1: Click Create Account from the login page.

Step 2: Fill your full name, email, and password.

Step 3: Wait for admin approval before login.

Save Bookmark: Requires login as approved registered user.

Save Map: Requires login as approved registered user.

Upload Data / Run Analysis: Requires editor access approved for this app.
